How much will I be rewarded?

This will depend on the length of the survey or the type of research you may be asked to participate in.  The cash reward for each research project will be stated before you participate.

Products testing, online community opportunities and other forms of research may have a higher incentive.

For some surveys the reward may be a prize draw, winners will be contacted within 28 days of the prize draw closing date.

Will I always be rewarded for completing research?

You will be rewarded if you have fully completed a research project.

You may be asked some screening questions that determine your eligibility, if you don’t fit the criteria, you will not be paid for the screening questions you have completed.

If we discover any member that has not been honest during a survey, for example, giving meaningless answers, making up answers, providing duplicate responses or completing the survey faster than is reasonable, we will not reward this member.

How will I be rewarded?

Rewards for completed surveys are paid in cash via PayPal or you can redeem your rewards as an voucher.

PayPal cash rewards can be redeemed when you have a minimum of £4 in your cleared rewards account balance.  You may redeem up to £8 via PayPal in any one redemption. vouchers can be redeemed when you have a minimum of £10 in your cleared rewards account balance.  You may redeem up to £10 in vouchers in any one redemption.

Do I need a PayPal account?

If you would like to redeem your rewards as cash you will need a personal PayPal account.

Please ensure your LaunchPanel email address matches your PayPal email address in order for you to use this rewards method.

Is there a charge for using PayPal?

PayPal charges a 2% processing fee for transferring money to a panel member’s PayPal account. A transfer can be requested once the threshold of £4 in your account is reached. We use PayPal as it is a secure, widely used and efficient system which enables us to get your rewards to you quickly.

How long will it take to receive my rewards?

Once you have reached the minimum balance of £4 and request a cash transfer, it will normally transfer to your PayPal account immediately but may take up to 5 working days.  If you have not received your reward after 5 working days please get in touch via email at
