LaunchPanel – How does it work?

What is LaunchPanel? 

LaunchPanel is a shopper research panel. As a part of Launchpad Research, a leading UK market research agency, the company conducts research on behalf of well-known household brands and retailers. Your opinions genuinely shape the future, by joining you will make a difference.

To ensure you receive frequent and varied research invitations, LaunchPanel is open to 3rd party researchers. These researchers can never view your account personal data but can invite you to take part in research.  For more information on your privacy please read our Privacy Policy.

What am I agreeing to when registering with LaunchPanel?

Once you have registered and validated your account you’ll be all set to receive research invitations.

We ask that you fill in as much of your account profile information as possible as we use this to tailor your research invitations. Generally, the more complete your profile, the more likely we are to send you research opportunities that you will qualify for.

The majority of our research is conducted online (surveys, communities, focus groups), but we may occasionally invite valued members to take part in offline studies (face to face interviews, mystery shopping, product testing). Once logged in, you may access your personal profile to indicate how many invitations you would like to receive.

Who can join LaunchPanel?

Anyone over the age of 16 within the UK can apply to join LaunchPanel, by completing the registration form online via a PC, mobile, tablet or other internet connected device. You will need a valid UK postcode to register, so any attempts to create an account from outside the UK will not be accepted.

Can I have more than one account?

No – only one account per individual is allowed. Any detection of multiple accounts belonging to one person will result in the user being removed, along with any rewards that they have accumulated.

Can I unsubscribe?

Membership is entirely voluntary, so if you wish to unsubscribe and close your account; Log in, go to the Update your Profile page and click on ‘Close Account’. Please note that if you disable your account, any outstanding rewards will not be paid, and if subsequently you re-join LaunchPanel at a later date, the rewards accumulated previously will not be carried forward into a new account.
